WELCOME TO #SONGBLITZ!

We're extremely happy to finally open #Songblitz project, that we have prepared for a long time with our beautiful team!

From November 4 until November 23 we're gonna write our brand new, not-yet-existing song online here on this website, and we want you to be our collaborator!

You can upload your music, lyrics, voice and videos during the different stages of the project.

The result of our common work will be released already on December 4!

You can find more information about #Songblitz here.

TASK 1: MUSICBLITZ

Submissions open: 4-7 November 2014

This is the beginning of #Songblitz and we want to build the arrangement of the song together with you. Get creative and we’re looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Song key: F#m/Gbm

Song bpm: 140

Step 1:

Download our Song Draft – a basic chords progression and a beat of the song

Step 2:

Create your own instrumental part

Step 3:

Upload your track to Soundcloud group

Please make sure your file contains only your own part without files from our song draft

Please name your track as follows:

#songblitz – Track Title – Your Name

For example: #songblitz – Pumping Drum Loop – Mark Gritz

Which sounds can you upload?

• Melodies, Vocals Melodies
• Lead and Rhythm Guitars
• Synths, Pads
• Basslines
• Drum Parts, Fills and Loops
• FX, Noises
• Anything else that can be used in the song arrangement

Feel free to experiment! You can upload as many files as you want. The only requirement is that your sounds are in the above mentioned bpm and key and fit the song draft

We will be broadcasting live on Ustream on Friday, 7 November at 19:00 (CET) to discuss your Musicblitz uploads and introduce the next task Lyricblitz.
